Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to process your order, depending on our current volume. At times, especially when we experience increased demand due to social media exposure, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Times:

• EU Orders: Typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks once shipped.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for all shipping-related costs, including returns, exchanges, and any customs or import fees for international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for additional charges imposed by postal services. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-Made Items:
